Sometimes, ‘travel’ can be just around the corner.

Back in the fall, I had the wonderful opportunity to again attend Microsoft’s annual sneak-peek at the holiday gaming schedule for its XBOX 360 console. The event was invitation-only and limited to 60 “XBOX Community” members so I was very privileged to be invited. Many of this season’s hottest games were on display including Left 4 Dead 2, DJ Hero, Tony Hawk RIDE, Forza Motorport 3, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. I also had the opportunity to get a guided tour of the new Twitter and Facebook applications as well as a developer walkthrough of the highly anticipated Splinter Cell: Conviction.
